PRIVATE VEHICLE

Take the highway exit Basel City and follow the signs to Bahnhof SBB and then to Kantonsspital/Spalentor.

Hotel parking spaces or the external parking garage City / Kantonsspital are located very close to the hotel.

Depending on availability, you are welcome to park in the private parking garage, which is a two-minute walk away, for a fee of CHF 18.00 per night.

Please note, however, that we cannot accept parking reservations.

If you are arriving by electric car, please let us know in advance.

BUS & TRAM

Directly from the Basel SBB train station and from the Badischer Bahnhof / exhibition to the station “Spalentor” with bus no. 30.

From Euroairport Basel-Mulhouse, first take bus no. 50 to the Basel SBB station, then bus no. 30 to the station “Spalentor”.

On your arrival and during your stay in Basel, you can travel for free by bus and tram with your reservation confirmation or the BaselCard.

PORTS

It takes about 10 minutes by cab from the St. Johann, Klybeck or Dreiländereck docks to the Hotel Spalentor. We do not offer transportation to or from the dock. However, we work closely with a local, very reliable cab company.
