EMERGENCY SOS

Anyone in an emergency who calls the emergency number “112” must provide the operator at the emergency call center with the necessary information. Based on this information, the operator determines what kind of assistance is required and notifies a medical team, fire department and / or police so that they can come to the rescue.

POLICE

You need help?  

  • 117 call the police!

  • What happened?

  • Where did it happen?

  • When did it happen?

  • Wait for the police to come!

  • Do not intervene (e.g. not even with burglars)!

  • Watch carefully so that you can give the police information about people, for example.

FIRE DEPARTMENT

It's burning?  

  • Call 118!

  • Close doors and windows!

  • Inform people in the house and bring them to safety.

  • Fight fire if fire extinguisher is available.

Does it smell like gas?

  • Do not make calls in the hotel room!

  • Do not operate any electrical switches. Do not use the lift. 

  • Open windows and doors.

  • Warn hotel guests and receptionists.

  • Leave home!

  • Outside the danger zone  Call the fire department!

SANITATION

Do you have a medical emergency?

  • Call 144!

  • Call 145 immediately in the event of poisoning

  • Is the patient unconscious? If so, carefully turn the patient on their side to avoid choking on vomit. 

  • Is the patient not breathing? If so, carefully turn the person on their back. Press the lower jaw against the upper jaw and gently tilt your head back. Then give 10 to 12 breaths through the nose. Check to see if the chest rises and falls. When the patient is breathing, turn the person on their side. 

EARTHQUAKE

The earth is shaking?

  • Looking for protection in buildings: under a door frame or a solid table.

  • Looking for protection in the open air: avoid the proximity of buildings, bridges and candelabras (danger of protection)

  • Listen to the radio and follow the instructions!

FIRE

Our hotel is designed for comfort and safety. The likelihood of a fire breaking out is very low. Fire prevention and emergency measures have been taken. Nevertheless, we ask for your help. 

When you move into your room, find out how and where to report the fire, how to get to the stairs and emergency exits and where the nearest extinguishing devices are located. 

In the event of a fire, you will be alerted. Keep calm.

Follow the instructions of the staff. Never use the lift. 

What to do if you discover a fire

Report the outbreak of fire to reception immediately. 

Close doors and windows. 

What to do if the corridor is very smoke-filled?

Be sure to stay in the room. 

Close the door.

Make yourself noticeable at the window. 

Wait for the fire department to come.

Help prevent fires.

Never smoke in bed

Do not throw any smoked goods or matches in the trash.

Do not use your own heating or warming devices.
